Absolutely! All of our workouts are adaptable to suit all ages, abilities, sizes, shapes and fitness levels. Our expert coaches will challenge you whilst being aware of your limits to create a gradual improvement
We utilise a wide range of equipment in our workouts to make sure they are varied and ALWAYS exciting! You can expect to use things like sandbags, medicine and slam balls, prowlers, rowing machines, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bosu balls, racks and more! There is also typically body weight exercises in all of our classes too.
Our classes are all 1 hour long. Including the warm-up, demonstrations, main exercise period and the cool down with stretches.
After payment, you will be given a calendar link to book your first workout with us at a time of your preference. Your 2 weeks starts from the day of your first workout. You will also be given the option to schedule a telephone consultation with one of our expert coaches prior to your arrival if you think that you need it.
There will be a reduced class time table available just for VIP's upon soft launch opening. After the 2 weeks the initial timetable will be upgraded to the below.
